The beginning
We didn't set out to build a skincare brand. We set out to fix ours.
Like a lot of people, we spent years chasing the "right" moisturizer. We tried the fancy serums, the dermatologist-approved formulas, the shelves full of products promising transformation. And yet — the dryness persisted. The sensitivity remained. The ingredient labels kept growing longer and harder to pronounce.
It wasn't until we stumbled across an old remedy — tallow, the rendered fat from grass-fed cattle — that something finally changed. Not just the texture of our skin, but our entire understanding of what skincare could be.
Thallo was born from that discovery. Named after the Greek goddess of spring and new growth, we exist to bring back the kind of skincare that actually works — because it's worked for thousands of years.
