Return & Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@thalloskin.com. We'll provide instructions on where to send your package and how to complete the process.

General Returns

You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, products must be in returnable condition — this includes opened or partially used items, as long as they are not damaged beyond normal use. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

First-Time Customers — One Refund Per Household

Our return policy applies to first-time customers only. Refunds are limited to one unit per product, per household. If multiple units of the same product are ordered, only one unit will be eligible for a refund.

Our products are made fresh to order, so we encourage you to start with a single unit — one is enough to experience the full benefits. Ordering multiples when unsure creates unnecessary waste, as freshly made items cannot be restocked or resold once returned.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@thalloskin.com so we can make it right.

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused, the order will be returned to us by the courier. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees from your refund. Any remaining balance will be refunded once the order has been received and processed.

Return Processing

Once your return arrives, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in a condition inconsistent with the return request, a refund may be refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
